HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We only provide shipping throughout the UK nationally and to Australia guaranteed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes but you must contact us via email at [email protected] to request an order cancellation within 4 hours of processing your order.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PRODUCTS ARE REAL?

All our products are third party tested to guarantee purity and specified concentrations/strengths.  

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

As with any supplement and vitamin product once sold we do not accept returns. This is regardless if the product has been opened or not.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is dependent on customer location and product purchased.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It will typically take 10-14 business days for orders to be delivered. Since it takes approximately 4-5 business days to get to us, 2-3 business days to authenticate and 4-5 business days to ship to you.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs but we guarantee delivery. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please check your junk folder and mark our emails as “not junk” if the order confirmation didn’t reach your inbox. Alternatively you can sign in to your account to view your order history through our website.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

CBD Oil Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CBD Oil Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
